Donna Davis Associates is able to move fast in a client’s behalf for several reasons. The company maintains and updates daily an extensive database of Human Resources professionals throughout the country, with current responsibilities, salary, geographical and other preferences and other information critical to the selection process. Placement requirements are quickly screened through the database to provide matches of potential candidates.
The selection process is not completely computer-driven, however: the deep knowledge of what it takes to be successful in a particular Human Resources position gained through thousands of successful HR placements kicks in, so that the staff of Donna Davis Associates identifies the best candidates with the intuitive sense of experts.
Once the best candidates are identified, normally in a matter of days, if not hours, the staff moves quickly to determine candidate availability and interest. Again, computer technology speeds the process, but is subordinate to the intuitive judgment of the HR experts at Donna Davis Associates.
Client fees follow the industry standards, typically 25-30% of the successful candidate’s first year salary. Alternatively, the firm does regularly accept assignments on a retainer basis, if the client prefers.
